Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• International: 7–14 business days after shipment (varies by location)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Island Muse is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Island Muse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Island Muse is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@islandmuse.com with your order number and clear photos, and we will be happy to assist you.
